Asian Girls Ignite Announces Second Annual ElevAsian Night Market Fundraiser on August 19

100 percent of proceeds from the event will go towards funding for Asian Girls Ignite’s programming for AAPI students
DENVER (June 1, 2023) - Asian Girls Ignite (AGI), a Colorado nonprofit whose mission is to build a strong community of Asian American and Pacific Islander girls and women celebrating their individual and collective power through shared stories, proudly announces the return of the second annual ElevAsian Night Market Fundraiser. Presented by Wend Collective, AGI’s largest fundraiser will occur on Saturday, August 19 from 4 to 10 p.m. at Tivoli Turnhalle (900 Auraria Parkway, Denver, CO 80204). Tickets are on sale now with discounted pricing for the first 50 tickets sold (use code LAUNCH).
“Our fundraiser, the only night market of its kind in Colorado, showcases the incredible power of AAPI women,” says AGI Co-Founder and COO Mehgan Yen. “With over 400 attendees in its inaugural year, we proudly amplify the strength, resilience, and talents of AAPI women, leaving an enduring impact on Colorado and inspiring AAPI girls and gender-expansive youth."
Inspired by the bustling night markets throughout Asia, the ElevAsian Night Market Fundraiser gathers AAPI women-led and owned food and beverage vendors, artists, businesses, and performance groups for one special night.
All tickets include an ElevAsian Passport, a new culinary program that showcases the diverse and delicious flavors that exist in the AAPI community. With the ElevAsian Passport each guest can sample dishes from five designated vendors, including Denver’s top culinary talents such as MAKfam, Mukja, No Ke Aloha, Yuan Wonton, and more. In addition to the five-item tasting, ticket holders also have access to the art gallery and ElevAsian Marketplace, featuring food, drink, artwork, artwork, and handcrafted goods from local AAPI women vendors, and can enjoy dazzling performances on the Main Stage.

Child Access ($24.99 plus fees): For ages 6-12. Includes ElevAsian Passport five-item tasting menu designed for kids.
General Access ($64.99 plus fees): Ages 13 and up. Includes ElevAsian Passport five-item tasting menu.
Premium Access ($129.99 plus fees): Ages 21 and up. Includes ElevAsian Passport five-item tasting menu, one beer or cider, one swag bag, and access to the Pairing Lounge which includes wine and spirit pairings from Clara Klein, Lead Sommelier of Sunday Vinyl.
Children + Adults Pack ($164.99 plus fees): Includes two General Access and two Kids Access tickets. Savings of $15, limited quantities available.
