Adrift Tiki Bar transforms into a holiday-inspired tropical oasis featuring decked out decor, belly-warming eats, and whimsical cocktails


DENVER (Nov. 19, 2024)— Adrift Tiki Bar is bringing Snowdrift, Denver’s best holiday pop-up bar, back this winter season on Nov. 29-Dec. 31. Adrift is pulling out all the stops to transform the Beach on Broadway to a tiki-meets-tinsel winter wonderland that includes snowcapped palms and powdery snow, Yuletide cheer, an igloo beach bar, and plenty of food and drink to warm your belly. 

Enjoy the following ho-ho-ho-inspired Snowdrift menu that will be sure to bring jubilation and merriment:

Food:

  • Fireside Squash Soup: Roasted red pepper and butternut squash, garlic, onion, coconut milk, and spices blended smooth. Topped with pepitas and parsley

  • Crispy Christmas Crab Cakes: Mini crab cakes served with housemade tartar sauce. Topped with fresh parsley, togarashi, and lemon

  • Yuletide Loco Moco Meatloaf: House-made gochujang-glazed meatloaf, scratch-made brown gravy, white rice, jalapeño serrano cranberry sauce, and a fried egg. Topped with crispy shallots. Add mushrooms for $2.00

  • Holiday Huli Huli: Grilled Huli Huli chicken, Hawaiian mac salad, coconut jasmine rice, jalapeno pineapple salsa. Topped with black sesame seeds

  • Santa’s Steak Dinner: 12-ounce ribeye steak, sauteed squash mix, red skin mashed potatoes. Served with two Hawaiian rolls. Add house-made gravy for $2.00

  • Tinsel and Tropics Cake: Mango and passionfruit layered Crepe cake, house-made pineapple whip, passionfruit drizzle, and fresh raspberries

Cocktail:

  • Snowdrift Coquito: Aged Puerto Rican Rum, coconut, vanilla, clove, and nutmeg

  • Comets Coffee Grog: Smith and Cross Rum, Hamilton 151 Overproof Rum, Gran Marnier, coffee, coconut, lemon, and orange twists. Served hot!

  • Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy: Empiricals “The Plum, I Suppose,” Cobrafire Blanche Armagnac, Planteray 3 Star, Li Hing Mui (salty, dried Chinese plum), and citrus

  • Partridge in a Pear Tree: Leopold's No.25 Gin, Clear Creek Pear Brandy, Campari, Vermouth di Torino, and orange bitter

  • Cabo Claus: Paranubes Rum, Amontillado Sherry, guava, strawberry, cinnamon, lime, and black pepper

  • Chi Chis Roasting on an Open Fire: Family Jones Vodka, coconut, acidulated pineapple, and chestnut. Served frozen

  • Frostbite Bowl (serves 2 and 4): Empirical Soka, Cobrafire Blanche Armagnac, Family Jones Gin, Blue Curaçao, orgeat, and lemon

Zero-Alcohol:

  • Krampus Cooler: Pathfinder Non-Alcoholic Amaro, cranberry, cinnamon, ginger, and lemon

  • Strongwater Spritz: Spirit-free Aperitif spritz made by Strongwater Spirits and Botanicals
