Peach Pie makes its return just in time for the holidays and collaboration with Casey Brewing & Blending will be available in October
GREELEY, CO (Sept. 25, 2023)— WeldWerks Brewing Co. is proud to announce the release of Peach Pie and Transmountain Diversion. Both beers will be available at the WeldWerks taproom on Friday, Sept. 29 and they will also make their way to 24 out-of-state markets in October.
Because of the popularity of the beer at GABF last year, WeldWerks decided to make Peach Pie a featured sour for the remaining months this year. Fresh peach puree joins crushed graham crackers, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg to make this sour ale an unmistakable slice of the good life. This 5.1% ABV beer encapsulates all that we love about our local peach season and serves it up to be enjoyed all winter long.
“Some might argue that the best part of a Thanksgiving meal is the pie and we have the liquid version of that,” says WeldWerks Head Brewer Skip Schwartz. “Pies and fall go hand in hand, and fall in Colorado means one thing—Palisade Peaches! That's why every fall, we look forward to our favorite pie in our sour line, Peach Pie!”
Transmountain Diversion is a collaboration with Casey Brewing & Blending which has been a returning favorite at the brewery since their second year in infancy. This monster 8.7% ABV Hazy Double IPA is brimming with all the notes you’d expect from the breweries’ favorite hops—Citra and Nelson Sauvin—for the best marriage of grapefruit, passion fruit, and white wine grapes. This is the ultimate friends-with-beer benefits.
Both beers will be available on draft and in 4-packs at WeldWerks starting on Friday, Sept. 29.
