From Scandinavia to the Willamette Valley: Festival Organizers Announce Paired Experiences for the First-Ever Park City Spring Wine Festival

Enhance your wine fest weekend with expertly curated wine lunches and dinners at Park City’s most renowned restaurants 

PARK CITY (Jan. 16, 2025) - Featuring 80+ wineries, top restaurants and paired tastings, live music, and more in beautiful Park City, Utah, a contemporary mountain destination with world-renowned ski and winter attractions, the first-ever Park City Spring Wine Festival on April 3-5, 2025 is where wine and adventure lovers meet. 

Tickets for the add-on paired experiences, as well as the Grand Tastings, are on sale now via the Park City Wine Festival Website. 

“Enjoy out-of-this world dining experiences with expertly curated wines from Napa Valley pioneers Cakebread Cellars and small-lot producers Hale Mary Winery, among other notable wineries, that complement the meal alongside award-winning culinary talent like Chef Senthil Krishnamurthy of Goldener Hirsch and Chef Pierson Shields of the newly opened Matilda for the ultimate four-star experience,” says Park City Wine Festival Events Director Kristen Slater. “Park City is a top culinary destination so we’re thrilled to showcase these paired options at some of Utah’s finest restaurants.”

Thursday, April 3 from 7-9:30 p.m.

Wine & Wonder Dinner with Cakebread Cellars
This evening, you will join Butcher's Chop House & Bar and Cakebread Cellars for an evening of elegance, flavor, and indulgence. Discover the artistry behind each vintage from vibrant Chardonnays to bold Cabernet Sauvignons from the esteemed family winery. Join us in the warm and friendly Butcher's Chop House for a night where Napa Valley elegance meets steakhouse perfection.

Savor the Mediterranean Wine Dinner
At Savor the Mediterranean Wine Dinner, you will enjoy some of South Europe's most vibrant dishes paired with world-class wines from the global wine leader. Join Neb Lukic and Brenda Whisenhunt from Treasury Wine Estates and the culinary experts at KANEO for a five-course wine dinner that combines the Mediterranean's fresh herbs, citrus, and earthy spices with the purest, most elegant wines from around the globe. 

Nordic Meets Newfound Wine Dinner
Feel the warm, European atmosphere of Goldener Hirsch by Auberge Resorts Collection and sip on extraordinary small-batch artisanal wines with Audra Chapman and Matt Naumann from Newfound Wines at Nordic meets Newfound Wine Dinner. This five-course journey will showcase the robust flavors of Northern European cuisine, created by Chef Senthil, and enhanced by carefully selected wine pairings. Audra and Matt will share their passion for nature-led farming and their authentic wines that contain a naturally rugged edge and most importantly capture the voice of their vineyards. Each wine pays homage to the land in which it was grown and confidently reflects its California roots.

The Cellar Experience Wine Dinner
Join the culinary geniuses from Riverhorse on Main and the hands-on farmers and small-production vintners from Russian River Vineyards at The Cellar Experience Wine Dinner. This unforgettable five-course dinner, curated by award-winning chef Seth Adams, will meet expertly paired wines in a stunning dining experience. Each course is designed to showcase Riverhorse's exceptional dishes and Russian River Vineyards' single-vineyard wines from the Russian River Valley of Sonoma County, CA. These wines reflect the unique terroir of the region and the winery's dedication to artisanal winemaking. 

Friday, April 4 from 12-1:30 p.m.

Oregon Uncorked Wine Lunch
Dine on locally sourced fare and sip on wines from undiscovered Willamette Valley at Oregon Uncorked Wine Lunch. With distinctive Oregon wines from Adelsheim Vineyard, a pioneer in sustainable winemaking, and Park City’s Hyatt Centric EPC priding themselves on cultivating Utah-based ingredients, create a pairing of our dreams. Together, they make an unforgettable experience celebrating the flavors of two remarkable regions.

Essence of Australia Wine Dinner
Join us for a unique Aussie dining adventure at Matilda, where the vibrant flavors meet the elegant wines of Australia. Each course is a tribute to Australia's diverse ingredients, crafted with a modern twist, and paired with beautiful Australian wines brought to you by Jim Santangelo, founder of Wine Academy of Utah. Jim will take you through the rich history of Australian wine at a dinner that will have you feeling like a true Aussie

Saturday, April 5 from 12 -1:30 p.m.
Bubbles & Bliss Champagne Lunch
Experience the “pursuit of excellence” and mountain-inspired food at Bubbles & Bliss Champagne Lunch. Join Powder Restaurant, nestled within the luxurious Waldorf Astoria, and world-renowned Taittinger Champagne on this luncheon journey. Each course features meticulously crafted dishes that highlight the finest seasonal ingredients. Paired with bubbles from the most prestigious Champagne house, specifically chosen to elevate the flavors of every bite. 

Behind the Label with Hale Mary
Mary and Anthony Bourke, founders and producers of Hale Mary, will pair their elegant Russian River wines with a gourmet lunch at Glitretind Restaurant in the luxurious Stein Eriksen lodge. Enjoy a remarkable blend of exceptional wines and expertly crafted dishes, where every pairing is thoughtfully chosen to enhance the flavors of both. 


All fixed menus will be released in early spring. All events, prices, personalities, performances, venues, dates, and times are subject to change with reasonable notice. More dinners will be announced at a later time.
